STEPHEN C. BARLOW, 58

Stephen C. Barlow, 58, of Wister Way died March 23, 2000, at Berks Heim Nursing Home in Reading, Pa. He was born in Sanford, Maine, a son of Richard W. Barlow and Helen Cobb Sheltra, and graduated from Yale University in 1964 and Cornell University in 1966.

He worked for Bollman Hat Co. in Adamstown, Pa., in the accounting department.

Mr. Barlow was a Republican committeeman for the 128th legislative district of Eastern Pennsylvania, and was past auditor for Exeter Township.

He was affiliated with St. Luke's Church.

Surviving are his wife, Janice L. Schlegel Barlow; two half-brothers, Richard Barlow of Florida and Mark Barlow of Georgia; three daughters, Terri Jensen of Massachusetts, Stacey Antar of New Jersey and Heather Barlow of New York; and his stepfather, Maurice Sheltra of Springvale, Maine.

At the family's request there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Luke's Lutheran Church.
