Dear 1964 classmates,

Make your reunion hotel reservations now! And I mean right now!

Yale arranges for blocks of rooms for reunion attendees at various local hotels, and those blocks open for reservations at noon Eastern time on January 31, which is TOMORROW or TODAY, depending on when you read this! Yale sent out a couple of email alerts to this effect, and a couple of postcards as well, but I have just learned that you may not have received those. NOTE: Hotel blocks sell out almost immediately and are first-come, first-served.

The following local hotels are offering blocks:

• Cambria Hotel, New Haven University Area
• Hotel Marcel at Long Wharf
• Graduate New Haven
• New Haven Hotel
• The Study at Yale
• Omni Hotel
• Courtyard by Marriott (offering special rate options, not specific room blocks)

For those interested in reserving on-campus housing, those reservations will be made during your reunion registration, which will go live later this spring. Campus housing is also first-come, first-served, and historically has had plenty of availability right up to the reunion.
