Dr. Frank Franklin ’64 gives a talk on the 21st century diet

Frank Franklin emailed: “On September 15, 2020, I presented via video on the ‘21st Century Diet’ at St. Vincent's East Hospital for the Ascension Health System. It is similar to the talk I gave to the Alabama Harvard Club in December 2019. This presentation includes a heavy dose on the impact of our diets on the environment and potential changes in our diet. Some of our classmates who focus on climate change may be interested in this presentation. Normally, I am much more animated but with COVID-19, there was no audience in the room.”
