Class survey and Class statistics presented at Class Council meeting
At our 1964 Class Council meeting on February 6, 2016, some information was presented which may be of interest to all classmates and which is therefore presented here. It includes:

Class Survey
In January, a Class survey with six questions was sent to 698 classmates whose email address we knew. Responses came back from 187 classmates, and the answers were very helpful to the Class Council in shaping Class programs. See a summary of the responses below. We thank all classmates who took the time to respond. And special thanks to Sam Francis who constructed the survey in SurveyMonkey.

- 94% are aware of recent campus issues
- 74% are generally informed or informed in depth
- 66% of those with an opinion agree with the Yale administration
- 53% of those with an opinion have sympathy for the protestors
- Urban Resources Initiative (URI)
- 71% are not at all aware of URI
- 73% are informed to some degree
- 92% of those with an opinion approve of the Class's support of URI
- Mory's Preservation Trust (MPT)
- 52% are aware of Mory's Preservation Trust
- 72% are informed about MPT to some degree
- 86% of those with an opinion approve of the Class's support of MPT
- Squash Haven (SH)
- 77% are not at all aware of Squash Haven
- 65% are informed to some degree about SH
- 88% of those with an opinion approve of the Class's support of SH

- 31% are interested to some degree in theme and location
- 37% are likely to attend
- 17 classmates are interested or somewhat interested in being on the planning committee
- New Haven mini-reunion for the opening of the new colleges

Class Statistics
From time to time, classmates ask us questions like: How many classmates did we matriculate with and how many are reachable by email today? So we decided to update our records. See the results below. If you know of any classmate email addresses that are not in our Class Directory, please send them to us. Most of our communications these days go out via email.
