Tony Lavely ’64 recognized with YAA Award of Excellence

Along with two other co-founders, Tony Lavely, the Class Secretary for the Class of 1964, was recognized by the Yale Alumni Association (YAA) Board of Governors as a co-founder and co-moderator of the Yale Food & Drink Private Facebook Page. Yale Food & Drink is for Yale students, alumni, faculty, staff, and affiliates who share a love of food and beverages.

The citation read: “After a rigorous review process, the committee determined that your group met our standards of excellence, while providing a model for other alumni groups to emulate. Thank you for all of the effort you put into your initiative, and we are so pleased to recognize you with an Excellence Award. Keep up the great work, and well done!”
