Tony Lee ’64 — Climate change “Zoominars” reach fourth level

In May 2020, Tony Lee launched a Zoom-based seminar (“Zoominar”) that he developed with Elders Climate Action. Tony Lavely and Pete Putzel participated.  It was not an all-Yale group, but other classmates did attend. Later, Lavely and Putzel were “promoted” to co-facilitators of the Zoominar, and they just completed an all-classmate group of 12. The plan is to continue to expand these sessions. The Class of 1964 has a strong tradition of supporting environmental work, and it has never been more important than now.
