Gerry Shea ’64 remembers the 1965 Whiffenpoofs on TV

On seeing the news in September of the death of Dan Bergfeld ’65 who was in the 1965 Whiffenpoofs. Gerry Shea (at right) said:

We tapped these guys, and they were great. I remember their appearance on “To Tell the Truth” [see the video below]. RIP, Dan!

In recent years, Nick Baskey ’64 sang with Dan Bergfeld in Florida: “These Sunshine State Whiffenpoofs call themselves the ‘Florida Peals’ and have a special connection to Indian River County.”
