Thanks to Yale '64 from URI intern
Our class is supporting the Urban Resources Initiative (URI), based at the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Services, with funding to enable summer internships for URI initiatives.
Urban Resources Initiative is a not-for-profit university partnership whose mission is to foster community-based land stewardship, promote environmental education, and advance the practice of urban forestry.
As part of the agenda at the Class Council meeting on January 11, 2014, the Class Council reviewed an internship report from the Urban Resources Initiative, focusing on the activities of our intern, Sumana Serchan. who was wholly funded by our Class treasury. See the video report below as well as a supporting set of slides.
The video may not play on mobile devices, in which case click here and enter the password "uri".
