Joe Wishcamper ’64 discusses his real-estate career

Joe Wishcamper ’64, an affordable-housing real-estate developer based in Maine, was interviewed on a local video podcast sponsored by The Boulos Company, a Maine and New Hampshire commercial real-estate firm. The podcast series is designed to “provide insight into Maine’s business movers and shakers.”

Joe is the CEO of The Wishcamper Companies, Inc., a for-profit business dedicated to improving and expanding the nation’s stock of affordable housing.
