Lloyd Kahn

Lloyd M. Kahn, on February 22, 2018 of Cliffside Park, N.J., age 75.

Lloyd was born on October 30, 1942 in Albany, NY. He graduated from Yale University in 1964 and attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He had a podiatric practice in Nanuet, NY and then became a tenured Professor of Microbiology at Hudson County Community College. He was both an active member of the Teacher's Union and advisor for Phi Beta Kappa and initiated the nursing program at Hudson County Community College.

He remained an active member of Yale Alumni until his illness.

Beloved husband of 24 years to Eileen Hennessy. Devoted father to Jarret Kahn and his wife Patty and Ian Kahn and his wife Ana. Adored grandfather to Alina, Andrew and Alex. Lloyd is also survived by many other family members and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 26, 2018 at 9:30am at A.K. Macagna Funeral Home, 495 Anderson Avenue, Cliffside Park, NJ. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery in Paramus, NJ. The family will receive their friends Sunday 4-8pm at the funeral home.
