Essay in 50th Reunion Class Book
by Artie Reagin
After 30 years as a lawyer and manager in the IBM Legal Department, I retired in 1997. In 2011, after a quarter-century living in New York and Connecticut, I moved to Maryland, since I grew up in Washington DC and have several dozen relatives in the area. Small apartment. No more wife or four-bedroom house. And I no longer mow the lawn, trim trees, or shovel snow.
