Louis Tunick, 1964, Dies of Auto Crash In Quebec Hospital

Louis Tunick II, 1964, died in St. Hyacinth, Quebec, Monday from injuries incurred in an auto accident.
Dean Robert R. Porter, of Davenport College, described Tunick as a student "who got excited and did things in a fresh and constructive way."
A major in Division IV, Classics and English, he took an interest last year in South America, studying Portuguese and spending the summer with the Indians of Ecuador.
He was editor of Criterion and worked on Moderator Magazine. He also rowed in the Davenport College crew and belonged to Elihu.
Funeral services will be held at Gleason Mortuary, corner Mason and Prospect Streets, in Torrington, Conn., tomorrow at 2.
Tunick is survived by his mother, Mrs. Marjorie Lazar of Montreal, Quebec, and his father, Louis Tunick, of Torrington, Conn.
